Subscription Plan

1.1 Am I entitled to the Free Trial period?

Free trial is subjected to its own Terms and Condition at our own discretion.

1.2 What are the types of subscription plans available?

To provide you with the greatest amount of flexibility, different subscription options are made available for monthly commitment payment and subscribers will receive a number of benefits such as:Unlimited Interaction Chat via ImagesSchedule Management Finance Assistant

1.3 I have upgraded my Paid Subscription plan. When will the revised charges be applied?

If you have upgraded to a higher -priced Paid Subscription Plan, your access under the Free Trial will be changed to the higher-priced Paid Subscription Plan from the time you update the Paid Subscription Plan.

1.4 How do I cancel my Paid Subscription plan?

For Cancellation, you must cancel your subscription timely to the Paid Subscription Plan and the Automatic Payment at least twenty-four (24) hours before the expiration of the Paid Subscription Plan in order to avoid being charged the monthly or yearly subscription fee for the Paid Subscription Plan. If you purchase the Paid Subscription Plan via the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you may cancel the Automatic Payment by going to your Apple Store or Google Play Store account settings, as applicable, and clicking the “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” button under Active Subscriptions or such other steps as may be prescribed to cancel the Automatic Payment option.

1.5 What happens if I fail to cancel the Paid Subscription Plan?

Recurring/ automatic payment will be charged through the payment method provided, unless and until you cancel your paid subscription and automatic payment within twenty-four (24) hours before the expiration of your Paid Subscription Plan.

1.6 What happens to my data storage after cancellation of subscription?

It's important to note that if you cancel your subscription, it will impact your cloud storage services. Your data storage will still be available in the PlatoX application for up to one (1) month. However, we may need to keep a limited set of data for a longer period of time pursuant to our Privacy Policy. if it is required by law

1.7 Can I prepay services through the purchase of credits?

We may offer this option to prepay for certain services through the purchase of credits ("Prepaid Service Credits"). Additional terms may apply to specific services*.

1.8 What are Service Credits?

Service Credits are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value; have no equivalent value in fiat currency; do not act as a substitute for fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer upon you any personal property right. Service Credits are non-transferable and may be used only in connection with the applicable service. Service credit balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1 What happens if my payment cannot get through?

If your payment cannot be completed, we will provide you with written notice and may suspend access to the service until payment is received. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, payments are non-refundable.

2.2 What are the applicable taxes and service charges?

Unless otherwise stated, fees do not include local and foreign taxes, duties, and similar charges. If you have any disputes regarding fees or taxes, please contact customer@platox.ai

3. Requesting a refund

Some purchases may be eligible for a refund and users can use any device with a web browser to request a refund.

3.1 How do I request a refund?

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund". Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit. If you've been charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription (Terms and condition applies)

3.2 I can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com

You can't request a refund if the charge is pending. After the charge has gone through, try requesting a refund again.If you have an unpaid order, you'll need to pay for that order before requesting a refund. You may need to update your payment information. If you don't know why you've been charged, review your family member's purchases. If you're the family organizer, tap or click the Apple ID button, then choose All. Purchases charged to your shared payment method will appear

4. Refund status

You can check the status of a refund for apps that you've bought from Apple. Allow up to 48 hours to receive an update. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account or on your statement depends on the payment method. You may lose access to refunded items.

4.1 How do I check the status of my refund?Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with Apple ID. Choose Check Status of Claims. If you're unable to see the 'Check Status of Claims', you don't have any pending refund requests.To see the status, tap or click Pending.

4.2 When will I receive the refunded money back?

If the refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to purchase.

4.3 How long will it take for a refund to appear on my account or statement?

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by network providers. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

4.4 Which country can I proceed with my refund in?

Refund eligibility may vary by country or region. See the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for details. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, users retain their rights under these protections.
